Berry Cloud Pie
The Perfect Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, GUILT-FREE Summer Dessert
Ingredients
Your favorite summer berries
Light Cool Whip
Light Cream Cheese
Splenda
Your favorite pie crust recipe ( I used Gluten Free Graham crackers and melted butter, pressed into pan)
Directions
Prepare your crust (or store bought)
Beat cream cheese and cool whip until smooth
Slowly add Splenda to taste
Refrigerate 2-3 hours
Top with your favorite fresh summer berries!
For a patriotic spin, make an American Flag out of berries for Fourth Of July!
So yummy for any occasion! And, guilt-free!
We want to try using chocolate instead of berries next!
